Cloud Nine Salon & Spa is a full service hair salon and day spa in Tempe and Chandler, Arizona. Cloud Nine opened its doors in 1996, and has since then been providing extraordinary and affordable spa services for its clients. Previously located in Ahwatukee, Cloud Nine re-opened the Tempe store in October 2007. In January 2009 Cloud 9 opened a second location on South Gilbert Road in Chandler. Our new SalonSpa encompasses all the same quality amenities, as well as a wonderful steam shower and hydrotherapy tub. Furthermore, we offer the same attentive service you’ll find at a resort spa – without the resort spa pricing. Instead of saving up all year for one spa getaway, you can escape to Cloud 9 once a month. In fact, many of our spa packages cost less than a single service costs at a resort spa!

Late Policy:
Because each of our guests is so special, if you are late arriving for your scheduled appointment, we will begin your service as soon as you arrive, but we must finish on the hour to accommodate other guests with scheduled appointments. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.
Cancellation Policy:
We require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment. A credit card number is required to hold your reservation for all multiple service appointments and package reservations. A fee of 50% of services booked will be assessed if 24 hours is not given for cancellations or rescheduling appointments.
