Point Disclaimer:
To earn points for pre-booking, all appointments must be made in store at the time of checkout from an appointment completed that day. Pre-booked appointments may be moved to a different day and time without point loss, as long as appointments are kept. Any cancelled appointment results in a loss of points.
Points for Referring a New Client:
The client has not visited our salonspa before. The client must bring a completed referral card with your name as their referral. Points are awarded to you after the new client has completed their service and checked out. Points are not earned on sale tax, gift cards, or e-gift cards. Offer is subject to termination by Cloud 9 SalonSpa in its discretion at any time.
